Disappointed – much thinner than expected

"I decided to try this brand after using another hair extension brand for years, but unfortunately it just isn’t for me. Ive found the hair to be much thinner than expected and it sheds far more than I’m used to. I’ve used four packs and even then it still doesn’t give the fullness I normally achieve. The hair itself is soft, but the lack of volume and the amount of shedding has been disappointing. Sadly, I’ll be returning to my previous brand. It may work for others, but based on my experience I wouldn’t purchase again."

Quality/ Colour issues

"Unfortunately this is the second set of tapes whereby several have turned very red. Currently I have blonde one side of my face and a pinky red the other. It’s very noticeable. I would upload photos if I could as the difference is so obvious even my husband commented (and he’s a guy!). This is the second time I’ve had such noticeable colour change within the same pack. I thought the previous time was a one off. Historically Additional Lengths were always excellent, so unsure what’s happened/ maybe a change of supplier. Very risky if you’re having them installed for a special occasion (wedding etc). I’ve noticed from their feedback other customers have mentioned the same. Such a shame."

Too many black undyed hairs in each strand

"Colour was a total match except for the fact that I’m having to pull out loads of black undyed hairs from each strand of tape. They are quite obvious in contrast to the ginger they are supposed to be! Maybe this can be improved!? I’ve pulled out at least 50 so far and it’s not even 1/3 of them."

Awful

"I buy from here all time and I don’t know why now the quality has got so bad my last lot went so thin and turned brown to ginger! I bought all new 20 inch injection and as soon as the went in I noticed the little bits of hair separating from the curls it’s so dry I keep brushing it and it’s only been a week I think il be taking them out to send back and using another company"
