Colour match and quality of the hair is great

"I love the hair, this is my second year of tape hair extensions. They're great quality and the colour match to my natural hair colour is incredible. My only qualm with these this time around are the tapes they came with are not good. My usual hair dresser has inserted them the way she usually does and within a day the tapes were already falling out. I've done nothing different, used no different products etc and yet the tapes are not staying in. My hairdresser is going to have to take them all out and retape them and reinsert due to the terrible adhesive on these tapes."

Discreet but inconsistent colours

"I wear one in each bag with a single sided tape and they’re actually more discreet and easier maintenance than when I had k tips in , only thing I can say is I ordered two packs separately in the same colour and the colours were quite different - I appreciate a little variation is unavoidable- I also find the root fades quickly - hence me buying whole packs just for 2 bangs as the warmth shows through after around 2-3 months"

Sent me wrong hair colour

"Wrong hair colour sent. I had no time to return as event next day. The customer service was poor, no resolution just kept saying pictures not clear when they were. Won’t be using this company again! Avoid avoid!"

Bought blonde originally and love

"Bought blonde originally and love them then I thought I’d mix it up abit and add some brown to match root and ordered these . Hair is lovely but not the correct colour (my bad judgement not salons) . So need to return unfortunately and reorder a different brown."

Honestly - So very Dissapointed. . .

"So once i got them i thought wow finally decent quality, thick hair extensions. I'm used to purchasing ClipHair - however at least their tapes are tacky and actually last more than one day. I had them professionally installed and being trained in extensions myself we were disappointed with the tackniess of tapes. But loved the red colour #31. They slipped out even before one wash - i deliberately left them in for 3 days before washing them hoping it'd help adhere them. Once i contacted the team to tell them of this awful experience (after spending over £500 on hair and over £150 on installation. . . . !!!) they said that it's the temperature of the room would've been cold and that i should of used their special pre-install shampoo (not mentioned or included in any purchase, despite purchasing their shampoo and conditioner) To 'apologise' which they ddidn't. And blamed a cold enviornment and my extensionist they gave me ONE pack of tabs (I purchased over 5 packs of hair!!) not sure how that works and a little tiny bottle of pre shampoo. . . which i didn't get until i had to chase them up after it didnt show up after a week!!! I finally got my one pack and the shampoo - too late. The customer service was disappointing."
