"Love these pro and ultra tips. I ordered the wrong shade of ginger though totally my fault I just dyed my natural hair to match. The pro tips I brought for my sides and fringe area as my hair is thinning there but they lay so flat to your head and feel so lightweight this hair usually lasts me up to a year of refits"
"Ordered the hair extensions but never received them, DPD sent a photo of the delivery but it was no where near my front door and there was no parcel when I got home. Contacted additional lengths and was answered by a lovely lady Olivia who has kept me updated with the investigation by DPD. My issue is that I brought the extensions from additional lengths so as soon as I purchased the extensions from them I entered a contact that was with them not DPD, they are in the contract with DPD so I should have been refunded straight away then it’s up to them to get their money back from DPD. It’s been 4 weeks now with no refund."

"I use this mixed with 55/60 as it’s the only ash shade to match my natural blonde / ash tone. However, I have to replace the 7 colour every 3 months as unfortunately it starts to fade and turns more of an orange. I’ve tried hard water shampoo and conditioner which helped slightly but still it fades and changes tone regardless"
