Did you know 73% of girls don’t like others watching them take part in sport? And 1 million girls who used to enjoy sport and identify as sporty at primary school have now fallen out of love with sport altogether?

Together, we’re re-writing this narrative. We’ve partnered with Middlesbrough Women’s Football Club to shatter stereotypes, empower women in sport and encourage the next generation of girls.

This partnership supports women who go the “additional length”, as players Sarah Burn, Jess Mett and Leanne Giles are fearless both on and off the pitch. We believe all women, especially professional sports women should be able to take pride in their appearance without compromising respect. We’re making gender stereotypes a thing of the past by reflecting on the accomplishments of these remarkable women and the brand's commitment to supporting their journey.

Inspired by ‘The Power Pony’, which has become an instantly recognisable symbol of women in sport, and more specifically, female football stars, we used our dynamic Remi Cachet Human Hair Ponytail to give Sarah, Jess and Leanne a strong, practical and stylish aesthetic that inspires confidence both on and off the pitch.

How To Create The Perfect Pony:
