Replacement DIY Tape Tabs are designed for re-taping your DIY Tape In Hair Extensions after removal. Perfect for occasional wear, they allow you to refresh your extensions and reapply them when you're ready for your next hair transformation.

Easy to use and designed specifically for DIY Tape In Hair Extensions, replacement tape tabs help you get more flexibility from your extensions between wears.

How to remove:

  • Apply the Adhesive Remover to the tape tab as directed: Allow the remover time to work through the adhesive.

  • For best results, avoid rushing this step. The adhesive should loosen before you attempt to separate the extension.

  • Gently release the tape once the adhesive has softened: Slowly peel the tape tab away from your natural hair. Work slowly and carefully, keeping the hair close to the root to minimise pulling or tension.

  • Remove any remaining adhesive: If adhesive remains on your natural hair or the extension, apply additional Remi Cachet Extension Remover as required and gently work through the residue.

  • Prepare for re-taping: Once removed, clean and dry the extension. If you are reusing your DIY Tape In Hair Extensions, apply a new DIY Tape Tab before yournext application.

How to re-tape:

  • Remove old Tape and any residue using the Remi Cachet Extension Remover. 

  • With the Additional Lengths Tape Tabs, remove one strip leaving the blue tab on.

  • Reapply the tape across the tape top and peel back the tab.

  • Simple as that your Tapes can be re-fit and re-used again.
