AVOID! Knotting, dry, shedding & discoloured and bad customer service.

"Had these along with my weave and the quality was terrible. Got them end May 2025 & They were knotting bad as soon as i got them fitted even if i just turned my head side to side. Bare in mind i got their too elegance range. This continued, they also become very dry, tangled, snapped and discoloured so bad to a yellow warm tone. I emailed remi with my concerns to be told my only option was to have them removed for testing and even if they found a fault they would not reimburse or help with costs of removal and re-fitting (which would have cost £80 original fitting, £25 removal, £80 refit due to no fault of my own!) i was told it can take weeks but i needed the hair for my holiday so ended up leaving it. I vigorously follow all after care as extensions are an expensive investment (i also use remi products) and Ive had them for years so know how to. I bought a second pack of these bonds a few months later and it was then i realised the severe discolouring so again emailed remi, advised all of my after are and the fact id even tried Malibu C sachets. Was basically told the same as before, told to try Malibu C again (even though excessive use can dry the hair out?) also advised to re-colour the hair or tone it!? Ive always been told by my extensionist not to colour them. Nearly £600 on hair that only 6M later is out my head and ive gone with a new brand and the hair is much better quality. Ive used remi for years and never again, the quality has reduced terribly. Images show the images i sent to remi (knotting when id brushed the hair 5m prior and the discolouration after 3. 5/4M)"
