"I purchased this hair and had it fitted four months ago, and I’m really shocked at the lack of quality. I initially thought it was my old weave shedding from the band, but after having that removed a month ago, I realised it’s the new weft that’s been shedding. I’ve been a Remi Cachet hair user for years and have never had an issue. I’ve always loved the hair and even recommended it to friends and family. I am so disappointed especially as it’s so expensive! The hair is coming out in clumps with the tip of glue still attached to it. It’s constantly shedding—whether I’m brushing it or just touching it. I’m absolutely appalled at the quality this time around. I was always so happy with this hair, but honestly, I’m devastated and won’t be purchasing it again. I’ve already started looking into other brands and definitely won’t be using Remi Cachet in the future."
