"I have recently ordered hair extensions from your website and I must say I am extremely disappointed. When the extensions got wet in the rain, they became very dry and damaged immediately. I have tried washing them, putting oil and even took it to my hairdressers to try and fix but nothing worked and I have only wasted money. I have contacted the customer support team regarding this and they were not helpful at all - continually saying to use the guide provided to make the hair look better and then telling me that the extensions I have ordered were poor quality to start with. I do feel that I went above and beyond to fix it. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again."

I was initially disappointed at the size of the package of hair, but it's actually plenty, and the small clips help to hide them. Looks like I'll be staying with Additional Lengths!"
