A signature is required for all deliveries. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and you haven't requested the parcel be left in a safe place, the delivery driver may leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or how to collect your parcel. It may also be left with a neighbour or left without a signature.
Orders placed over the weekend; Saturday & Sunday, are dispatched the next working day. This day is generally Monday excluding UK public holidays. We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this. Our order cut off time is 4pm.
Please note that if you intercept the parcel, change the delivery address, or have it left in a safe place then you accept full responsibility and liability for the parcel, its content, and any possible loss.

Make sure you never miss a delivery by using DPD Pickup. Simply choose DPD Pickup at the checkout and pick up your order at a location and time that suits you. It's secure so you don't have to worry about lost of stolen packages and its better for the environment as it allows couriers to consolidate deliveries.

Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order. If you are unhappy with a product when you receive it, or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 28 days from the day you received your order and we will refund you the price you paid for that product. We will make the refund directly to the payment method originally used to place the order.

All products are inspected upon return. If a product is returned that is not in its original condition, damaged, had its health and hygiene tags (security) removed, or in unsaleable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send the Products back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
