Disappointing quality

"I have recently ordered hair extensions from your website and I must say I am extremely disappointed. When the extensions got wet in the rain, they became very dry and damaged immediately. I have tried washing them, putting oil and even took it to my hairdressers to try and fix but nothing worked and I have only wasted money. I have contacted the customer support team regarding this and they were not helpful at all - continually saying to use the guide provided to make the hair look better and then telling me that the extensions I have ordered were poor quality to start with. I do feel that I went above and beyond to fix it. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again."

Better quality hair than most suppliers

"I've been looking for a supplier who does my natural shade with decent quality hair for a while, after getting a few sets that go dry and tangled after just one or two wears. This colour match was spot on for me, and the hair has stayed silky smooth after a few wears, with no need for conditioning yet. I was initially disappointed at the size of the package of hair, but it's actually plenty, and the small clips help to hide them. Looks like I'll be staying with Additional Lengths!"

Perfect match

"I picked the second darkest and it’s a perfect match for my natural colour. I might get an extra length just because I have quite thick hair. But really pleased with these"

Not what I expected

"I expected the colour match to be what would make these not right for me, but surprisingly they matched perfectly! However the hair felt much more synthetic than anticipated, with not all strands being of the same texture (notably, the darker strands of hair felt much more coarse than the others). I wasn’t sure if they needed a trim to improve the feel - this didn’t help, nor did washing them and using the supplied oils as well as hair extension specific styling products. Overall - I didn’t feel comfortable wearing these at all."
