By using Olaplex Hair Perfector No.3 at home, your clients continue to help strengthen their hair and rebuild broken bonds, helping to maintain the structure, integrity, softness and shine leading up to the client’s next salon treatment.

Olaplex Hair Perfector No.3 is a treatment, not a conditioner, that reduces breakage and visibly strengthens hair. It will restore hair's healthy appearance and texture by repairing damage and protecting hair structure. It will improve the hair's overall look and feel. 

Use once a week or two to three times a week for damaged hair. Suitable and beneficial for all hair types.

How to use: Apply a generous amount from roots to ends on unwashed towel-dried hair. Comb through once and leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes or more, then rinse from hair and follow with shampoo then conditioner

Our cut off for same day dispatch is 4 pm for most services (Monday to Friday)

A signature is required for all deliveries. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered and you haven't requested the parcel be left in a safe place, the delivery driver may leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or how to collect your parcel.

All delivery times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Please note that if you intercept the parcel, change the delivery address, or have it left in a safe place then you accept full responsibility for the parcel, its content, and any possible loss.

Orders placed over the weekend; Saturday & Sunday, are dispatched the next working day. This day is generally Monday excluding UK public holidays. We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this.

International Orders (EU & Worldwide):

VAT and customs fees may be payable for any customer outside of the UK when they import goods into their country. These costs are the responsibility of the importer and not the sender. Any orders rejected by the customer due to not wanting to pay these additional fees that are in the destination country will incur additional costs of return postage which will be taken from any applicable refund.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order please do so immediately via telephone. Your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded. If your order has already been shipped we are unable to cancel your order.

Lost items after dispatch:

We are unable to report an item as missing until 15 working days after the shipment date. This rule is set by our delivery courier partners. An item is not deemed as lost until after this time and will not be replaced or refunded until a full investigation has been carried out by our distribution team and our courier partner.

Items missing from delivery:

In the event of an item missing from your parcel, you should get in touch with us as soon as possible and keep safe any and all packaging until we have established any issues with your delivery.
