BAFTA Hair Awards

Sunday night’s BAFTAs was another opportunity for us to scour the red carpet and pick the best of the best for your hair inspiration.  Here’s our top three:

Poldark’s Heida Reed let her hair down.  With rich chocolate browns and a scattering of few lighter hues around the face, she has very thick voluminous locks.   Try a Remi Cachet Super Weft in Colour 2 to recreate this look.   The finished look was tousled to create a more natural look to her big waves.

Our next choice is Ophelia Lovibond.  Sherlock’s new apprentice is a rising star and was sporting the popular long bob and fringe.   We loved her warm colour verging on a Strawberry Blonde – take a look at Remi Cachet’s colour 30 which is a perfect match.  Again she was going for a dishevelled look easy to achieve with using some Sexy Hair’s What A Tease to add some volume and consider just a few strands of extensions – maybe up to 50 to just add some extra depth to your hair and help hold the style.

Lastly, the relatively unknown winner of Best Actress is our  third choice; Georgina Campbell seems to have been missed off most of the red carpet galleries by the press.   She clearly was not expecting to win her accolade yet had selected to be very on trend with her hair in a side undone plait. The braid itself has plenty of hair and she has some stray shorter lengths softening the look.   It’s best to have day old hair for this look (and any updo’s) but a dash of the Remi Cachet Hair Oil will add shine and combat frizz in this changeable weather.  Perfect for being in the spotlight!

It’s Cannes later this week so we’ve even more glamorous red carpet looks to have #hairenvy over.
