I do not have a PayPal account, can I still purchase products from your site?

Yes, with recent upgrades to the PayPal system, our customers do not have to register with PayPal as well. You can make 10 purchases (using the same details), before PayPal will require you to create an account.

I have been given an affiliate code, where do I need to enter this?

If you have received an affiliate code, please enter this in the form provided on the Shopping Cart page, before proceeding to the checkout page.

I need another copy of the order receipt, can I get this?

Yes, when you are logged in, you can view your order history, where you will be able to print out additional receipts of any of your orders on that account.

My company is VAT Registered, are we eligible for VAT exempt orders?

If you are VAT Registered, and from an EU country, you may be eligible to apply for VAT exemption.

If you have not already done so,  you can apply by following the link provided on the checkout page, and providing the requested details. Upon submission, a check will be made to ensure that these details are correct, and that you qualify for VAT exempt orders. Regardless of the outcome, you will be informed of your success.

Any orders placed, before exemption is certified, with be subject to 17.5% VAT.

Why does it say Maximum Weight Exceeded when I go to the Checkout?

When purchasing products from Additional Lengths online, you can only have order a maximum of 1900g (1.9KG), for shipping outside of the UK. Orders for within the UK can be a maximum of 10,000g (10KG). This is due to the extra shipping charges we endure for orders over that amount.

To make this order, you will need to phone us (01642 867213), and we will make the order manually. Alternatively, you can split your order down into smaller orders, or remove items from your shopping cart, to continue this purchase online.
