Delivery Information

Standard Tracked service - £3.50 (3 - 5 Working Days) - Orders under £75.00

Next Working Day Delivery - £6.50 (available for all orders).

Next Working Day BEFORE 10AM Delivery Service - £16.50 (available for all orders).

Orders must be placed before 3.30pm with cleared payment to be sent out on the same working day.
 Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day available.

Christmas Delivery - If you require your order before Xmas please place your order with Next Day Delivery before 3.30pm on the 23rd December. Orders placed after 3.30pm on 23rd December will be dispatched the next available day with the service you have selected during the checkout process.

New Years Eve Delivery - If you require your order before New Years Eve please place your order before 2.30pm with Next Day Delivery on 30th December and your order will be with you between 9am & 5pm on 31st December (New Years Eve). Any orders placed after 2.30pm will not be dispatched until 5th January once we re-open.

Orders placed online before 3.30pm with payment being completed successfully and the payment has passed all necessary online security checks, will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery (depending on service selected or automatic due to value)  to most of the UK. If customers prefer delivery by Royal Mail, orders must be placed by 2.30pm and we must be informed before the goods are packaged and dispatched.

Saturday Delivery - Orders for a Saturday guarantee must be placed before 2pm on a Friday. The Saturday delivery service can be delivered between 9am and 5pm and will be  delivered with Royal Mail.

In such cases that goods are returned for a refund, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the total refund cost. By accepting our T&C's when ordering/registering from this website, you agree to such deduction if goods are returned where free delivery has been applied.  

For orders which the lower rate of delivery has been paid, Items will be dispatched for Next Working Day delivery, but this is not a guaranteed service. If you require your items guaranteed Next Day Delivery, you must contact us immediately after making your order to upgrade the shipping or place your order by telephone. Our Next Working Day delivery service is not available on weekends.

If you require your delivery for a Saturday you can contact us and request this, however there is an additional charge to pay the delivery companies for the service. The Saturday delivery service is only available for customers within mainland UK.

Orders dispatched using the guaranteed Next Working Day Courier/Special/Tracked Service can be delivered any time between approximately 9am & 5pm and require a signature. Deliveries made by Royal Mail Special Delivery will be made before 1pm weekdays. Deliveries by Fed Ex will be between approximately 9 & 5pm on the day of delivery. Deliveries on Royal Mail Tracked service may take 3 - 5 working days to be delivered to the UK. All orders are dispatched each day during the week, if an order is placed during the weekend the order will be dispatched on the first available working day.

Orders dispatched using the Before 10AM Delivery can be delivered between 7am - 10am on the delivery day. These orders can be sent with either Royal Mail or Fed-Ex.

International orders are dispatched using Royal Mail, or with a courier for larger shipments. All deliveries must be signed for. Delivery costs vary on the value of goods and the delivery destinations, International Signed For™ with Royal Mail aim to have orders delivered in three working days to Western Europe, five working days to Eastern Europe and seven working days for the rest of the world, However at busy holiday periods these times may not be met. International orders may be subject to your own countries import charges based on your destination, as those exempt from paying UK tax on products will be liable for the own import taxes.

In the event that goods are delayed or there is an error with your order, we do not offer compensation to those who order products the day before they are required for use. We offer a no quibble guarantee to rectify any issues which may occur with order errors, however we advise orders are placed in advance, checked immediately after receipt and we are notified immediately so we can resolve any issues for you to avoid any further issues or delays occurring. Delays due to delivery companies are out of our control so we stress to order in advance.
