Once an order is completed we can only refund your order in full, you will then need to re-place the order with the correct delivery address.
Orders must be placed before 3.30pm with cleared payment to be sent out on the same working day.
Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day available. Our delivery options are:
Standard Tracked service - £4.00 (3 - 5 Working Days) - Only available on orders under £75.00
Next Working Day Delivery - From £7.00 (available for all orders).
SPECIAL Delivery - Next Working Day Before 1pm - From £8.50 (available for all orders).
Next Working Day BEFORE 10:30AM Delivery Service (11am for Scotland) - From £16.50 (available for all orders).Please note some postcodes in scotland are not available for 10.30AM delivery and will be delivered before 11.30am.
Saturday Guarantee - £16.50 - Orders must be placed before 2pm on a Friday
Please Note: Delivery prices vary due to the weight and/or value of orders. Delivery charges are calculated automatically at the checkout.
Orders placed online before 3.30pm (or 2pm for a Saturday guarantee) with payment being completed successfully and the payment has passed all necessary online security checks, will be dispatched the same day on the delivery service selected. Orders are dispatched each day during the week, if an order is placed during the weekend the order will be dispatched on the first available working day. ALL of our deliveries require a signature.
Standard Tracked Delivery - Orders dispatched on this service can take 3 - 5 working days to be delivered, they can be delivered any time between 9am & 5pm on the day of delivery.
Next Working Day - Orders dispatched using the Next Working Day Service can be delivered any time between approximately 9am & 5pm on the day of delivery.
Next Day Delivery BEFORE 10.30AM - Orders dispatched using the Before 10.30AM Delivery can be delivered between 7am - 10.30am on the delivery day. These orders are sent with Interlink.
SPECIAL Delivery - Next Working Day Before 1pm - Orders dispatched with a Special Delivery service can be delivered between 9am & 1pm on the day of delivery. These orders are sent with Royal Mail only.
Saturday Delivery - Orders for a Saturday guarantee must be placed before 2pm on a Friday. The Saturday delivery service can be delivered between 9am and 5pm and will be delivered with Royal Mail.
In such cases that goods are returned for a refund, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the total refund cost. By accepting our T&C's when ordering/registering from this website, you agree to such deduction if goods are returned where free delivery has been applied.
For orders which the lower rate of delivery has been paid, Items will be dispatched for Next Working Day delivery, but this is not a guaranteed service. If you require your items guaranteed Next Day Delivery, you must contact us immediately after making your order to upgrade the shipping or place your order by telephone. Our Next Working Day delivery service is not available on weekends.
International orders are dispatched using Fed-Ex, however if you require Royal Mail please contact us as soon as possible once you have placed your order. All deliveries must be signed for. Delivery costs vary on the value of goods and the delivery destinations, International Delivery times vary depending on where the delivery destination is. Deliveries are usually between 3 - 7 working days. However at busy holiday periods these times may not be met. International orders may be subject to your own countries import charges based on your destination, as those exempt from paying UK tax on products will be liable for their own import taxes.
In the event that goods are delayed or there is an error with your order, we do not offer compensation to those who order products the day before they are required for use. We offer a no quibble guarantee to rectify any issues which may occur with order errors, however we advise orders are placed in advance, checked immediately after receipt and we are notified immediately so we can resolve any issues for you to avoid any further issues or delays occurring. Delays due to delivery companies are out of our control so we stress to order in advance.
