Along with the application form, you must also return proof of your hair extension training, and payment for your first years subscription (cheques made payable to Additional Lengths Ltd).

• Advertising fees are charged yearly and will commence on the 1st date of each month after receipt of application and payment clearance. Accounts will automatically expire unless the yearly registration fee is pre paid when automatic reminder is sent.
• All applicants must have completed a certified hair extension course with a reputable training provider. We require proof of such training given, and a photocopy as evidence before your application can be passed for advertisement.
• Please fill in all details clearly and ensure that your payment and certificate evidence is sent along with your application form.
• Advertisement format will be first selected by County areas.
• Name, contact and training provider details will be displayed only in the advertising section unless you otherwise request that we also state your full address details. All detail fields should be filled in as mandatory. Additional Lengths Ltd will not display address details unless requested to by the applicant.
• Additional Lengths Ltd DO NOT accept any responsibility for issues which may arise between clients and yourselves. All personal information will be kept protected if requested, however, if legal proceedings are issued against any advertiser, Additional Lengths Ltd reserve the right to offer advertiser details to legal bodies if and when requested to do so.
• Additional Lengths Ltd reserve the right to change or amend the yearly fee at any time. Fee stated includes VAT. An invoice will be sent to any advertiser once application and payment has been completed.
